To make: blend 2 heaped tablespoons with 2 tablespoons of milk taken from 500 ml. Boil the rest of the milk with 2 rounded tablespoons of sugar, pour it all at once onto the blended paste and mix well, then return to the pan and boil gently. Serve warm, or chill 2–4 hours. Makes about 4 × ½ cup servings.
