Shan Murgh Cholay Mix 50g

A seasoning mix for chickpeas and chicken curry — the Punjabi favourite that puts chicken and chana in the same pot.

Size: 50 g (1.76 oz), serves 6–8
Ingredients: coriander, paprika, salt, red chili, black pepper, clove, brown cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, muskmelon, cumin, bay leaf, garlic, citric acid, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed soy protein, sugar, canola oil, silicon dioxide, leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate).
Allergens: contains soy. May contain traces of sulphite, sesame, mustard, gluten and tree nuts.
