Shan Ginger Paste

Ginger paste made from freshly peeled ginger roots. A time-saving cooking essential with an earthy, spicy flavour and a uniform texture — replace fresh ginger with it, no peeling or chopping.

Ingredients: ginger, water, potassium citrate, preservative (sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate), antioxidants (potassium metabisulphite and calcium disodium EDTA).
Allergens: contains sulphites. Packed in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, sesame seeds, mustard and wheat. Not labelled gluten free.
